Greenbelt Moccasin Identifier Project

As an Indigenous-designed and Indigenous-led project, the Greenbelt Moccasin Identifier Project aims to help all ages of Canadians understand who’s land they stand on, through an educational kit with moccasin stencils. Founded by Carolyn King of the Mississaugas of the Credit, People Plan Community supported the Mississaugas of the Credit through Program Design, Development, and Coordination. Aiming to be the first of its kind in Canada, the Greenbelt Moccasin Identifier Project is a model for many others interested in reconciliation in Canada.
